Green Salsa Chicken & Cheese Empanadas

Empanadas are a very common dish through out Central America and although whats in them varies greatly, most contain some form of chicken and cheese. There are a few tricky steps to making these, but as long as you’re careful anyone can do it. Bacon & Onion Beef Brisket Burgers with Asparagus

To do this we’re using a several types of cheese, Mozzarella, Parmesan and most important Gruyere! Gruyere has a distinctive creamy and nutty taste, but is not over powering like a blue cheese. As well it is good melting cheese which makes it ideal for this dish. The bacon and leeks are also important in this dish, leeks …

BBQ Back Ribs In The Oven

Well after making the Beer Can BBQ Chicken I still had lots of the Cola BBQ sauce, and what goes better with BBQ sauce than ribs! So today we’re making ribs and we’re making them in the oven because its still way to cold outside for barbecuing. We’re using a different dry rub than the one we used for the chicken however, one that is better for beef. Our goal with these ribs is going to be building up a nice thick layer of BBQ sauce, along with getting them nice and tender of course. Anyways, time to cook.
